All I heard of last was dude is looking at life in prison. Haven't really kept much tabs on it since the guy got caught. Funny how people are all up in arms over gun laws, yet any, ANY person can get online and learn to make a weapon. So, why haven't there been regulations on the internet and the type of information presented there? I am more worried about some one being able to make any type of explosive from browsing the net, then I am them buying a gun. Or, well, maybe equally concerned. you get my point though.

Cami at some point you have to empower and trust your citizens. This country has swung too far in the direction of babysitting that it's rather annoying and it all fucks us the tax payers.

In other news from what I've recently been reading I'm not sure they have much evidence on either of these guys. They have photos of matching backpacks, but from what I've seen there are other people with matching backpacks too.

I don't think they have prints on the bombs.

All I've seen is that these guys ran which creates questions into why were they running, but I'd probably run too if the media plastered my head all over the screens.

I'm sure I'm probably wrong here so hopefully someone else can come in and inform us on the evidence they have agains't these guys. Last I read they were digging through dumpsters to find receipts to prove they bought these tools with JJ.

Deaths in USA last 12 years from bombings: 3

Deaths in USA last 12 years from guns: ~ 400,000

Beyond that, the only way to keep that information off the internet is for governments to start blocking access (which is of course easily sidestepped so it wouldn't affect a determined person anyway). That is a very dangerous precedent I'm not interested in seeing in this country. Start with bomb making sites but move on to where next? Gambling for sure.

True. I just simply don't understand how people can be so gungho on one thing, and care less about another. Meh. It is what it is. Just a thought. All though I certainly have to desire for any one to censor anything I do.

3 more charged with obstruction.

According to court papers unsealed on Wednesday, the three men admitted to investigators that they had removed Tsarnaev's backpack from his dorm room on April 18 - the day that investigators released photos of the Tsarnaev brothers, saying they were suspects in the bombing.

Kadyrbayev and Tazhayakov decided to "get rid of" the backpack, as well as a laptop computer and fireworks, after seeing reports that suggested their friend was one of the bombers, the criminal complaint said.

After seeing Tsarnaev's photo in TV news reports on the bombing investigation, Kadyrbayev texted the younger Tsarnaev to say that he resembled the suspect, according to the complaint.

Tsarnaev's response included the phrase "lol" and "you better not text me," as well as "come to my room and take whatever you want," according to court papers.

Tsarnaev's roommate let the three new suspects into his room, where they found a backpack including fireworks that had been emptied of explosive powder. They decided to remove the backpack to help their friend "avoid trouble," according to court papers.

Kadyrbayev placed the backpack and fireworks in a dumpster near his apartment. Investigators recovered the backpack on April 26 in a New Bedford, Massachusetts, landfill.

In addition to the fireworks, it included a homework assignment sheet from a class that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was enrolled in.

A New Hampshire fireworks store last month confirmed that the elder bombing suspect, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, bought two large boxes of fireworks in February.

I mostly find it funny when those who do not live here find some sort of obligation to give their opinions of laws that only affect those who live here, not other countries. I.E. if you don't live here then fuck off-NOT YOUR CONCERN. I also find it funny when those who think one law means one thing and that's the end of it and doesn't really mean something else for future generations. Forest for the trees syndrome I guess. Mostly people who haven't read history books or don't understand that one decision affects another.
