This might be an unpopular opinion, but without knowing the societal context of that video, I can't condemn it that strongly. I don't think it's inherently unnatural for kids to be aware of sex and to play around at it like you see in that video. If this was filmed in the U.S., yes, it would be disturbing, because it's so far outside our social norms that any adults engaging in that kind of behavior here would almost certainly have ulterior motives.

I think most of us played doctor or had 'truth or dare' games that, er, got interesting, only we were made to believe that what we were doing was wrong and we had to be afraid of getting caught. I don't think that, as a society, we're in the best position to judge others for how and when they teach their kids about sexuality. We tend to fuck up our kids big-time in that department.
