I've considered that and even spoke about it yesterday to some guys here at work. It's worth more and he certainly should get what he can for it but I'm not going any higher simply because the price is what he quoted me and all I'm gonna pay.
 
why would somebody sell a truck for 65% of its trade in value. Sounds like the same guy who was gonna pay to take Daffy to Europe, then his grandma got old(?)


I recently bought a truck I dont need for 4k because a friend was going to trade in a $5500 truck for 3500
 
Reno, you don't know this guy. I have bought golf clubs from him after he just got them in the mail, hit the 5-iron and didn't like them. The clubs retail for $899 and I've bought them from him same day for $300. This has happened more than a few times.

He can be an arrogant self-absorbed smug'ish prick but he has no value for a dollar. He's an uber-metro-sexual.
 
I sometimes forget to "turn it off". The guy above can be an arrogant prick and he can be a snarkly sarcastic schmuck and true he doesn't really value money beyond what is currently in his grasp. At the same time though he is a good guy, a good golfer and a real friend.

Why did you pay $4k when you could have got it for $3500?

Thanks, McB! I can understand saying, "Your place was a mess and you're a slob." However, she stated that I surround myself in drama and that I need to take responsibility for once in my life. How would she know any of this? I'm pretty sure that I didn't send her a monthly newsletter with the rent check detailing all of my lack of responsibility-taking and "drama."

Should have never Facebooked the bitch . Pretty sure she was the only one that "liked" your injury(ies) updates.
