Melatonin is good stuff, I usually take it when I'm out of Noxitropin,

I take 100mg's of Diphenhydramine (unisom) plus a glass of Noxi every night before bed. Sleep like a Wombat.

yup, just helps you fall asleep, The Noxitropin is what keeps you from waking up. Helps me retain my piss as well, I have old man bladder so I wake up in the middle of the night too often without it.

Noxitropin I order online but I think you can find it at GNC as well.

yeah i've used benedryl and Doxylamine before but never that noxitropin stuff.

the first two leave my fuzzy brained for 2-3 hrs after I wake.
