More detail on Scott Weiland's demise:

law enforcement sez that in addition to two bags of cocaine on the bus, they discovered generic Xanax, two kinds of sleeping pills, the painkiller Buprenorphine, Viagra and Ziprasidone, which may have been prescribed to treat Scott's bipolar disorder.

Dickie Moore was part of the 50's and 60's Habs teams that were so great. Many Cups, Rocket Richard, Jean Beliveau et al. Before my time but from the sound of things, Moore was not just a passenger. He won a couple league scoring titles. Hall of Famer.

Sounds like Henri Richard may be the next to go. He's in bad health and has severe Alzheimers. He wouldn't remember anything from his 11 Stanley Cups.

Stan Mikita has a very aggressive form of Alzheimer's also.

I have a couple very nice Dickie Moore cards, the best being a 1961 Parkie autographed.

Mr Monkey - Moore is rated the 38th best player of all-time by the Hockey News.
