Katherine Heigl's first year TV show, State of Affairs, has been cancelled and the scuttlebutt is a lot of people are happy.



NBC killed off four shows that were in their freshman year, but this was the first to go, a well-connected industry insider says.

No one was upset to see this show go because Katherine was just as atrocious to work with on this as she has been on past projects.

Cuz he illegally brought some dogs into Australia against their strict quarantine policies. So the dogs were threatened with euthanasia - and Depp flew them out first class - and now there is talk of what might happen to Depp if it is taken to court.

10 years in jail is the maximum penalty.
