I would argue it definitely does.
Routine causes time to fly. It's proven. When you can afford to have lots of unique experiences i.e., travel often etc, time definitely slows down for those in the experience.
With very little variation in my life the last 3 years, it seems like I just got back here. I am hoping now that I have more freedom that time will slow down a bit.
Of course you can have unique experiences without money, but they are probably not as common. My guess is that Rogue, Mr.X , and Blitty feel pretty satisfied with their age/time perception ratio. Me-not so much.

Time went faster for me when I had money. Time flies when you're having fun yada yada.

Rachel McAdams seemed headed for the A list at one point but now she's doing TV. Doing TV isn't as bad as it once was but still.
Meanwhile Taylor Kitsch had starring roles in a couple shoulda-been gigantic movies. If they hadda hit like they were supposed to, he would be A list. But they both tanked - now he's doing TV.
I guess they're both B list and sinking.

Police said Wednesday they were investigating video that appears to show Ariana Grande licking doughnuts at a shop in Southern California. Earlier, Grande apologized for saying "I hate America" in the same video.
Police in Lake Elsinore, where the doughnut shop is located, said they and Riverside County public health officials were investigating the leaked video, which appeared to show the 22-year-old singer and a man with her "maliciously lick" the doughnuts.
In the video posted Tuesday by TMZ, Grande says "What ... is that? I hate Americans. I hate America" when a tray of doughnuts appears in front of her.
