I mean, the Marlins won the World Series twice in seven years.

The World Series. The ultimate goal accomplished.

As ridiculous as the Marlins are as an organization, they won the World Series twice in their first 10 years of existence.


I'd rather be a Marlins fan than a Braves fan any day.

That only brushes up against Wayans' gist very slightly, however as far as my original query about whether people say zany things out of belief versus neediness - I have no reason to doubt you believe the zany thing you are saying - and you were not quasi-famous 20 years ago so there is minimal expectation of attention.

So you have demonstrated it is possible Wayans sincerely feels like he is making sense right now.

I felt in the interest of fairness - in terms of me painting Damon Wayans as more-or-less washed up - I would check my facts. I couldn't think of anything I have seen him in lately - (mind you, I didn't watch anything he was in at his peak) - whatever, I looked him up on imdb.

Yeah, no, it would be hard to make an argument he is any kind of playa at this point. Is there an E list? That's what I am seeing, a guy on the E list.

Turns out there is a Damon Wayans Jr. He's had a few things going on. I wonder how is enjoying seeing his name on these reports.
