Canada is Larger than China

New Horizons is an interplanetary space probe that was launched on January 19, 2006, as part of NASA's New Frontiers program. It is currently headed for the dwarf planet Pluto and will have its closest approach at 7:49:57 am EST.

As it happens, that time came and went - and New Horizon actually whizzed past Pluto, as I was composing this post.

Here is a representation of Pluto and its moon Charon against the Earth, so you can see basically how it compares to Canada and, if you use your imagination, China, which is smaller.
