I will grant you the video, I will try to remember to get it done this weekend. Nope, no stand up acts for this gal! I'll just be the woman behind the man. I have given him permission to pick on me and use some of my less graceful moments in life if he so should so chose.

hah! Yeah they sound slightly different in the north, but that was the best I could muster lol
If I were to speaking normal I can do a great southern accent, comes kinda natural to me cuz my bio fathers side of the family is TN and used to come visit a lot.

Ok so this meal is totally simple and so delic! The only thing that can be a little time consuming is wrapping the scallions with bacon, I'd say, pending how many you make, prep time is about 20-30 minutes. I always rinse my scallops first, then pat them dry with a paper towel. When it comes to the bacon, do your best to chose one with as little fat as possible, but that is also thin width wise, of course, you can always cut it in half leangth wise if need be. You simply wrap the bacon around the scallop, and hold in place with a toothpic. Lightly coat with melted butter and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Old bay. Bake in the over at 400 degrees until scallops are golden and bacon is crispy. Fix whatever sides you want with these bad boys.

I swear I am the worlds messiest and clumsiest cook, that stove and counter are always a mess, I'm constantly spilling shit or knocking something over and forgetting to clean it. SMH
That's all I've got for now game live, next new meal I make I will post.
Enjoy

Nice job Cami! Only ever had those bacon wrapped scallops at a fancy restaurant and we'll big pot pie eaters so hopefully MrsM can give it a shot down the road ! Been a bad winter weather wise and MrsM seems to have caught an annoying cold that just wont go away! TY my dear!

Sorry no vid or photo tonight, to tired.
Pasta of your choice
Creamy butter garlic sauce:
2 tbspn minced garlic
2-3 tbspn butter
1 tspn basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tspn parsley
1 tbspn flower
3/4 cup half and half
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

melt butter and saute garlic and herbs for a minute, or until soft. sprinkle in flower and stir/whisk until smooth and well blended. Slowly stir in half and half and add cheese, cook and stir until thick. If you want it a little thinner, add a little more butter and half and half while stirring constantly. Coat pasta.

:yum:

That, whith chicken on top, salad, texas toast, and a glass of sweet red wine is what's for dinner!
