You don't go to either to mingle. If you do you belong in an asylum.

service - similar
traffic/lines - target wins
pricing - Walmart wins

The big one is selection, Walmart is the one stop shop and at Target if you went for a few things you probably have to go somewhere else (Walmart) for at least one thing you need.

Game.

Amazon beats Walmart in just about every way. I subscribe to Amazon for diapers, it's insanely cheap and I don't have to wait in line between a registered sex offender and a car thief.

Stores a Canadian needs

  • Amazon
  • Canadian Tire
  • LCBO/SAQ (liquor store)

The end.

most not busy here. I always wondered when people started talking about Walmart is it because it came into areas that never had big stores previously? We've had Kmart Target forever. Wasn't a big difference. :dunno:

I believe so Reno. They can't get cheap land in the cities and expect to pay min wage when cities usually offer a higher min wage. We have Meijers here in the Great Lakes region, a cross between Target and WalMart. They basically put K Mart out of business.

I bought a nice Victorinox laptop bag at a Target in Vegas. It was like 30 dollorz.

Forgot/lost it in a bar, that night I spent chasing around Nose Ring Girl, for those of you who remember.

(She still works here and is now dating an ex-coworker who was cheating on his wife with her. Turns out, she used me back then to make that guy jealous. :ouch:)

It's a shame - Victorinox makes a nice laptop bag.
