Fact is humans were not meant to eat animal products. We are herbivores.
Where is this coming from? I thought we were primarily carnivores and then with advancements came to consume the plants consistently.

I know like half a dozen women that all have adopted the vegetarian fad and they've all gotten fat.

There is lots of unhealthy vegan/vegetarian food. LOTS and you can get fat as a vegetarian/vegan.
Ice cream is vegetarian, licorice and other candy is vegan. etc etc.

From the few doctors I follow online they all claim that ALL animal products are unhealthy. Milk, eggs, meat, cheese, all of it. After watching numerous videos on the topic I'm a believer.

Start by watching this video, it s on netflix and shows how we are fed misinformation by the government agencies and watchdog groups that are supposed to be consumer advocates, they are all in the pocket of big business.

Thes youtube vids changed my mind.

I fucked up my "refeeding" process.

I ate some oatmeal - 1 cup, with bananas and dates. then a couple of whole pears, some cashews and almonds and the next day had to take at least 6 full dumps.

Saw my doctor the next day - was scheduled appt, not due to this but we discussed it and she told me I had "refeeding syndrome" and that I did it incorrectly.

Proper way to break a long fast is with a little soup broth, then an hour or so later a half avocado and wait until hungry then eat again.

I don't think I've ever crapped as much as I did the day after my fast ended.
Will not make that mistake again, I will continue to use fasting as a health tool.
