Not a lot. I go through phases where I'll go to the gym 3 times a week to do leg presses and deadlifts, then I stop. Haven't done it in a month.how much resistance training are you doing for legs?

Good question. I don’t have a precise answer, but the whole quads are much more involved than the calves. You can play with that a bit with the positioning of your cleat underneath the shoe - more forward lets you engage the calves more, especially in an explosive sprint. I like my cleats set almost completely at the back of the adjustment range. I don’t have a good sprint anyway.how much % of stroke power is hamstrings when you have clips.
