Thank you, @Matty
I listed the bike for $1,400. I’m getting offers for $900 from people likely assuming I’m desperate to sell. But I’m not.
$900 seems in line with the general US market. I'd prolly keep it if I were you - cool city bike which is nice to have to putt around, especially when riding/cruising with non-enthusiast friends.

2:00:41 was my final time on the half marathon this morning. Had never done more than 9 miles and the last 4 miles were brutal on my hips. Couldn't push the last mile like I normally do. Happy that I was able to finish! Mrs. Mcb beat me by a little over a minute!

How many participants were in it and in what spot did you finish?

Did my body composition test. The gym/studio owner is a hot cougar with massive tatas, also a motorcycle rider. Hubby is/was a racer who either owns or used to own a landspeed record on a sport touring bike. Amazeballs.

Anyway, I have a full page of data about my fat and muscle distribution. Current BF% is a bit higher than expected at 23.1% (@ 189lbs), most of it in my trunk (duh). Target weight that the machine spit out for me is 171lbs which would bring me to a healthy 15% body fat.

So I have some homework to do: first, get back to doing some upper body exercises (the lady suggested simply doing pushups regularly, enough to maintain muscle without interfering with the bike training) and up my protein intake to 20-30% of total calories consumed.

I shall test again once I've lost 10 pounds to see how I'm progressing and to make sure I'm not losing too much muscle.

Good stuff

do they use an InBody scale? my gym has that, can print out a bunch of info, not sure how accurate
