been avoiding taxis, just public transportation and walking, one meal per day around 3-4pm, drinking about 4 liters of water per day, have drank soda about twice, titties disappearing, haven't weighted

Outdoor cycling and very occasionally motorcycling to maintain some street cred at work. Thankfully there are two other guys who commute to work on their bicycles all the time, so I'm not the odd one out.

Rogatien you should get yourself a motorcycle. You sir are a born rebel.

I'm getting half decent at cycling. I routinely score daily KOMs on Strava, which isn't exactly easy to do in a hugh city like Toronto.

28.9 km/h is 18 mph. 🤝
