P.S. Stop drinking with dinner.
Only a glass of water 30 minutes before dinner, and after.
Drinking with a meal slows digestion, causes you retain more fat and less nutrients from the food.
Also drinking before a meal will help you feel fuller quicker and not over eat.
 
Diet Coke. We're also working on eliminating it.

Ok, so soda is a no go. I lost mad weight fast once I cut that out of my diet, and btw, I do the coke zero and jack myself.

Anything that is sugary, carbonated, or carries a lot of caffeine, causes you to hold water weight and also dehydrates your body.

If you would like to drink, but are wanting to cut out the whiskey, or cut back, you might consider a red wine instead.
 
LMFAO off Wal. Just because you are holding "water weight" doesn't mean that you cannot be dehydrated. It's more of a cycle than an at the same time kind of thing. During the day you may feel bloated, then when you get to drinking, by the end you are dehydrated, and the cycle continues, which is why many drinkers suffer with weight issues. Either not being able to gain, or lose, or fluctuation.
