Dave your a good guy I met you in vegas and we both agreed we should smack nina's ass. That being said, RBS had their reason's which John/Bill made apparent. It seems like it was a contract dispute where they felt you didin't live up to your contract. Either way Glad your here because now this board will become huge.

Funny it was a contract dispute, considering there was never a contract. It was just "do videos, be present on the forum, run contests". Did I fail to do any of those? If I was failing to meet my phantom contract requirements, why didn't we have any meetings discussing this?

Furthermore, why was my office for doing videos taken away from me? How was I supposed to be creative with no opportunity to do so in the later stages?

I'm NOT disagreeing with John and Bill. For what I was doing on a day to day basis, I wasn't worth what I was getting paid. My question is, why was I hired in the first place?

And also, when it was decided I wasn't doing enough to earn my keep, why not give me more to do? Let me help with shipping. Let me help with dispute claims. I would have gladly taken on more responsibility if it was ever offered to me. Considering they asked me to move 1500 miles (out of pocket), couldn't I have gotten a second chance doing something else?

Sets up contests that he can't grade?

Posts -1200 tennis losers?

Gives durito infractions for nothing and then brags about?

Deletes old posts of his before he was a mod when he made an ass of himself?

Yes, I believe he does do all those thing, I'm not so sure how they help sbr. He does seem to be involved in disputes now, which is why when i have one (almost never) i email justin and bypass the complaint form.

I don't dispute anything you've said. It was shocking to most of us posters. If you wanted to do more they should have let you. What I got out of the whole deal was you were doing things that sbr wanted you to do outside of sbr. You did what you think you needed to do.

I would trust justin, but I'm not sure of anyone else. SBR has become a shadow of it's old self.
 
What did Johnny, Dozer and Willie Bee have to say about me when I burned that SBR T-shirt? Or did they say anything at all? According to Willie Bee (which he could've been lying about)- some of the "higher ups" weren't too pleased. That was in an e-mail and I basically replied to get over it...it's a goddamn T-shirt.

I don't know, the mods did a pretty good job keeping their ghosts to themselves, if they had 'em. I never had one.
 
I actually considered at one point talking to john or dozer about how to become on the payroll as obviously I"m a lot smarter than most on the payroll. I'm glad I didn't.

Sharps on the payroll "justin7"..... non sharps "general" "reload" "crazylou"

MIA "ganchrow" "HG" well actually loshak isn't missing but the HG is missing.
