Maybe you guys/gals more SPORTS talk would be good? I mean even if not up that much up on things, posters can discuss bout what they do know ...... whatever! Don't know but if any stranger popped in at GL, probably might say to themselves, where's the sports? Look, I'm putting thoughts out there ..... others know better! I rarely start threads cause most of them are lacking!
I will say one thing, from the beginning we have had our little group here with rarely that many new posters being able to fit in and stick! FW was already here but once IAG and the others came over (what were they ....SP people?) it was something I enjoyed! I thought for sure we have some new good blood to help broaden GL to wherever it might take us?
Thought maybe they were kinda of over GL but looks like I see some here today! Look I tried to get the March Madness going but looks like another lacking thread! Hey, I would have said let's play for $5 just to get as many posters involved as possible but the first poster mentioned at least 50 as a must be amount along with other requirements!
We all know talk is inexpensive! The SP people more or less were the force behind the 10 liner contests with some of us getting involved! Not saying everyone should have joined but I enjoyed the one I played in! THEY ran it perfectly and like how the ending payment posts make sure their were no hanging issues! And no one had to pay up front! I don't what you can categorized that under, but the word SERIOUS comes to mind!
If 30-40% of the posters understand what I'm saying here ...... please explain it properly to the other 60-70%! Thank you kindly!
PS Was IAG the poster who came up with the 10 liner idea?
