Baked chicken breast. Marinated it with olive oil, lime juice, paprika and oregano. Twice baked sweet potatoes and green beans.

Tonight I making chili in the crock pot and will wash down with some Belgian beers. May try some brownies with ice cream too.
 
I had a classic eggs/sausage/homefries breakfast at a diner. I am currently roasting some chicken and making some bacon for some Home-style club-house sandwiches for our late lunch.

Am also making a pot-roast for dinner w/ parsips, carrots and mashed taters and gravy.

for those that like Olive Garden..(i know shdw is a hugh fan) i was forced into spending time with my family yesterday at that overpopulated hole yest... of course the bread and salad is good, its always good... but i had the steak and chicken medallion skewers...- the skewer.. and it was fucking awful... chicken was okay, but the steak was some shitty ass sirloin that looked and tasted like it was leftover from lunch... and the cut potatoes the same... i wont sniff stepping foot in that place until the next time im forced to spend time with the family

stopped and got a lennys sub on the way home
 
this is a post workout meal, bacon...

1lb of teriyaki glazed chicken ... 1 1/2 cups of wild/brown rice .. can of mixed greens with cinnamon

2 scoop ON whey shake... 2 bags oatmeal(with cinnamon) ... 4-6oz chicken..didnt weight it:choo: (i opted for chicken instead of egg whites since i was being lazy)... 1/2 cup low fat honey granola (after the meal)... 1/2 packet of Hydroxycut (less than a cup of coffees worth of caffeine)

last few days i simply havent been able to wake up, so i had to get back on the Hcut... now, you might ask "if you are trying to gain weight, isnt the Hcut counter productive?" the way the product is to be used is to drink a full packet 30min before each hugh meal...3 a day... I dont drink but 1/2 a packet in the morning and i drink it directly with my breakfast, never before i eat... so i get the effects of the caffeine, but not much of the effect of the chemical thermogenic(fat burner) ... seems to work for me, but again, anyone eating 1000-1200 cals over daily value isnt going to lose any weight anyways .. wake up weight 174'
