Lamb, ribs and gnocchi!

So our most recent blood work results came back from the lab. Mostly good news.
One issue my doctor wants me to work on is my cholesterol is 3.5.
She would like to see me get that lowered to 3.0

So today we are going to start eating less meat and more vegetables, in particular BEANS!
I love beans.

617 calories total (including oil/vinegar) measured as precisely as possible.

Boys we are balls deep into the new lifestyle, close to 11 months in and we are approaching 100lbs of weight loss.

A hundred fucking pounds!
