Could be. But after the thread where he thought he was being shunned by the forum, I think that a slight bout of paranoia is more likely.

Shari, Stevie's first thought after getting a WU number was that the transfer could have been made out to anyone but him.

Ah okay, so I was on the right track.

I just didn't get why he wouldn't call WU or go to an outlet and find out an answer then and there. Maybe 20 minutes of effort and you have your answer. Thought maybe I was missing something. :dunno:

I did call. I could only get automated crap. The not being able to find anything with my name as a recipient freaked me out along with the $250 being when you can research more info, since this was $250 (I know, not much to many people, things have been rough).

I like in the sticks and people are working on my car and the nearest WU outlet is 30 min away with no taxis in my town.

that being said, I love my new air conditioner. I am sorry I doubted you my friend.
