back when I was an employee I would get a big one ( to me at least) every yr. got $1500 my last yr working for him and 2 weeks off paid. I worked for him for about 7 yrs.
He would also give me $100 bonus every week, and you got $100 bonus every month if you showed up on time and didnt miss any days.

I'm back helping him now when he's got work but I dont expect any bonuses although he gave me an extra $100 the first week I helped him. Gonna help him with a house starting Thursday.

I give/gave my employees $100 or so depending what the cash flow was looking like at the time.
Loaned my last helper around $450ish to help him out this yr and havent seen a penny of it back so writing that off as a bonus:choo:

We used to get Christmas bonuses then 7 years ago the city hired their forst city manager and he claimed it was illegal. It's not illegal but with the economic situation it's probably not in the best interest of the city either so we haven't recieved a Christmas bonus in 7 years.

They can keep their bonuses but it would be nice if they would reinstate annual performance increases and cost of living increases. Well I guess that's not fair, they did give us a 2% cost of living this year after 7 years of not getting them.

You are also allowed to post on a gambling board while on the clock, I would quit your bitching.
