each bombo is a geographic region, 1 from each bombo is drawn up into a group like that each group is geographically diverse, eliminates from having say all the south americans being in the same group and taking each other out

They will draw 1 team from each Bombo to make groups of 4 teams. The teams in each Bombo will not be grouped together. They will also draw one of the Euro teams in Bombo 4 and put it in Bombo 2 before start group draw.
