What RW said..... I even had a G/f after the separation haven't divorced her yet can't afford that it's costing me enough not divorcing her.... and the bitch cost me 20K. I did have one other, however what she did cost me was nothing because it meant she was living with me, we were going out etc...... but dammit when she passed away I got stuck with the bill for the funeral. Now I go out with chicks..... I do not want a g/f I just want to go out and party with them and what happens happens. I'd much rather be friends with 4 chicks and go out with them all than have 1. I don't think I"m a monogamous kind of guy.

Well, it goes like this. I get to pay allamoney to my exwife because she had a job almost 18 years ago, but she didn't make anywhere near what I made. So originally the judge said that I would pay her $1000 a month until my child was 18, or until she got remarried, or was a dependant of someone else for some reason. So basically she became my dependant, and since then, I have been in court a couple of other times because now I make even more money than I did before, and that somehow entitles her to $2400 a month as we speak. Well she didn't get remarried, and she is still my dependant, with my old house by the way, so I figure that for the 5 years we were together, I paid a hefty ransom for all the times I fucked her. If I'd had known that it was going to cost me so much money, I would have treated her a little more like a ho instead of a wife. Oh well my mistake, so now I counsel school children to just say no to marriage, it is a thing that the modern world no longer needs.

Notice how I don't mention child support, and that is because I expected to support my child financially atleast until he was 18, but the payment to the ex just because, is outright theft in my opinion.

Now come November 2, of this year, the child hits 18, and the payments will stop like a car hitting a wall. I haven't told the ex yet, and she is still acting like the gravy train will continue, even though I am not working at this time. I hope she forgot about the original agreement that the judge forced me into, because it will be worth it to she that bitch get a job, or go under and have to sell the house that I also got to paid for. I can only hope. I asked my lawyer about the possiblity of her getting an extension, and he told me that if the child is away, which he will be at college during that time, then she doesn't have a leg to stand on.
 
I only have 1 kid, and as a side note, the ex wife gets about all of my unemployment check. I max out the unemployment at $550 here per week, so I guess technically I am living off of around a$100 a month for the time being. OK it isn't that bad because I trade stocks, and just have money laying around, but if I didn't, I would still be expected to pay her until I could get a hearing, which would take atleast 3 months to get if I wanted to do that, which I don't.

I am separated from my wife.... for over 10 years. The woman I was living with passed away. That's the story. Her death certificate lists me as the common law husband and I paid the bills relating to the funeral.

Ummm... or maybe the judge who awarded that level of alimony in the first place is a cock? (Assuming it was a male since female judges were more of a rarity 15 or so years ago.)

Even better, maybe the half-wit who initially passed the law which allows his ex to receive that percentage of his income is a cock as well.

Just a thought.

May be but I'm sad to say I highly doubt it.

Rage is getting screwed by a cock of a law by someone who is merely accepting the money that a judge awarded to her. And let's be honest here, how many people would turn to the judge in court and say "Oh, while I appreciate your generous finding on my behalf, I feel this amount is unfair to Rage and I should only receive xx amount instead"? Not many, if any.
