Everyone thinks Boston is a big physical team, but Vancouver got some guys that play a physical style. I dont think Vancouver has as much speed as people think, there skill level is great, But I think TB has more team speed than Vancouver.

Even if Tampa has slightly better speed they are not as physical as the Canucks and I believe they would get absolutely crushed vs Vancouver.

I fucking hate the fact that the Canucks are gonna win the Cup but the fact is they look great and I can't see either of the Eastern teams giving the Canucks much trouble in the finals.

Vancouver looks very good right now, I don't think a Tampa or Boston vs the Canucks final would go more than 5 games.

I know how disappointed Americans will be that the USA will not win the Stanley Cup again this year.

All of Canada is cheering for Vancouver. (Not)

I'm very disappointed in this response Plommer. You're getting soft dude. I was expecting a true Plommer like response along the lines of "America or Canada don't compete for the cup you dumb CUNT"

Fuck Plommer, what has happened to you man. Christalmighty!!!

That was the first thing I thought of, then realized it was Blitty's thread and didn't want to have to explain the obvious.

Vancouver still wins.
(Like Leaf fans care).

I feel Tampa went off their game a little bit tonight. They were trying some different tactics, such as putting numerous bodies in front of net and taking many long shots. Attempting numerous long passes that seemed pointless. Guess they were upset at being unable to get the puck past Thomas after having all kinds of chances in game 5. I'm not crazy about this shift, but as long as they won

Plommer, Thomas has been impressive in this series. Even though he allowed a fair # of goals, he's done very well considering the chances he's faced.

Also I was a little surprised Tampa started Rollie considering Smith had basically a perfect game 5. The two goals allowed were unstopable. :hattip:
