I started the first week of April last year and I was exactly 206.5. I could barely fit into a size 34 pair of jeans. I got on a scale last week and I was 161. I bought a fancy pair of jeans a few weeks ago and they are 31. What I did was basically create my own diet. I called it the midweek diet. There were certain foods I would eat throughout the week. Oatmeal, chicken, tuna, almonds, kale, broccoli, brown rice. But come weekends I would eat bacon and drink beer. It seemed to work for me. The weight really started to drop off when I would do a little bit of weight training. Luckily for me I enjoy the routine and monotony of the gym.
