Just realized that most of my social circle remains unmarried and that I don't know most of their email addresses anyway.

Texting, Facebook and Google Chat/Hangouts have made email less of a thing, at least for me.

But they are a gold mine as far as I'm concerned.

I had a meet-for-one-drink-max-for-15 min policy that worked really well for first meet ups because some women could be very deceptive about their looks and/or craziness.

I had sex and good times with a lot of good looking women because of those sites. Way more than if I had attempted to do it at bars. Like, way more.

youre a good looking dude, so it seems so much easier to meet up, from the site info, and dodge all bar/club scene to meet women... like you said, i guess the real chance you take is if they actually look anything like their pic on the site :lol: or if they are completely batshit crazy ... ive always wondered about women on these sites...i understand that men want sex, for the most part, but unless thats all the women want, you have to wonder whats wrong with them that they need a dating service... :dunno:
 
You'd be surprised how infrequently good looking women get approached in real life by actual potential suitors.

Sure, hot chicks get glared at and "yo-baby'd" all the time but you know as well as I do that they want an actual man with some semblance of game, a job and most importantly a sense of humor.

Dating sites allow guys like me who aren't great at the initial in-person ice breaker to make the connection through some online messaging, texts and a phone call and then meeting in person. By then the ice has already been broken.

My best advice to men on dating sites; remember that early on be prepared to be guilty until proven innocent because these chicks meet a ton of assholes before they meet you.

After 2 or 3 dates they realize you're not a raving misogynistic, man child. Then they let their guard down and next thing you know you're a platinum member at online condom websites.

*Some women will give it up on the first date. But these are not women you'd ever want more than a one nighter with. They'll usually have one or two glaring physical/emotional characteristics that make you go :facepalm:
