And another thing, we ALL hear Jan 6 was nothing but Trump's fault but it was Pelosi's response that drove the chaos further than it needed to be. She 100% deserves plenty of blame. And actually owns up to it (unlike Trump) but that beautiful terrestrial media you seem to love gives zero fucks about the truth.

It’s your right to think that January 6th was no big deal.

That’s the difference between people like you and people like me :handshake:

But please spare me the argument of “WELL OTHER BAD THINGS HAPPEN TOO AND NO ONE CARES”.
I think Jan 6 was a big deal, so were the Floyd riots. Unfortunately the same side is controlling the narrative on both events thru the media.

As a Canuck, I don't really have an opinion here but I do believe that social media can easily create a mob mentality..in theory it's much easier to rally people nowadays for whatever purposes. So there's that

"Mob mentality, also known as herd mentality, is a psychological phenomenon where people adopt the behaviors of a group, often at the expense of their own judgment.
Explanation
People may act emotionally instead of rationally
People may be influenced by their circle of influence
People may be motivated by a desire to be included or accepted
People may be influenced by social pressures
Examples Following fashion trends, Making investment decisions based on group sentiment, Adopting political affiliations based on group sentiment, Following internet culture, and Contributing to or ignoring internet trends. "

Yes, if it wasn’t ALL Trumps fault, we shouldn’t discuss the large role he played!

:bennyhill:

Again, I never said you shouldn't or that what you said wasn't correct. It was. But it's like building half a puzzle and saying, "Look what Tronnie did!"

Pelosi's response failure... it's DEFINITELY a big part of how Jan 6 transpired.

Honestly, I don't even know what to say about this lol. Pucker up Plommer.
Good thing he wasn't fact checked.

What I'd say is what I've heard elsewhere, take him seriously, not literally.

I change the channel whenever they cover Trumps nonsense, its clear hes just trolling/rambling. Unfortunately its difficult avoiding everything the man says because people (especially here in Canada) love to be upset and offended at what he says and it makes the news daily and gets posted across every platform.

Avg Canadians do not want to be part of the USA as its a downgrade in standard of living. Giving up the healthcare benefit is the biggest one I'm unwilling to forfeit.
(I have multiple scheduled dr visits, bloodwork 2X a year, colonoscopies, medications, etc etc etc that I pay nothing out of pocket for) Going to emergency? Zero cost.

The absurdity of the US annexing Canada is astounding. At least Trump is making it sound like an invitation.
I'll pass, thanks.

let's wait until after plomtard has died before getting Canada a better healthcare system
Archie you dumberican, Canada does not offer healthcare to citizens/residents, its offered provincially.

I'm a net drain on the provincial healthcare system fo shizzle. Its nice not having to pay out of pocket.
(Like every industrialized country in the world, except one.)

"Free" healthcare (which isn't free by the way Dumbcanadian).

These 51st staters have a lot to learn.
You're trying Coug's, I see that, maybe too hard.

Nowhere have I said "free". I said out of pocket, big difference. I pay nothing out of pocket for my healthcare or treatments/procedures, not a fucking cent. My healthcare is covered by tax revenues, Canada is a rich country.

For context, Canada exports 3.5 - 4.3 million barrels of oil per day to the USA. The oil Trump says the US doesn't need.

My government provides services to its citizens with tax dollars ie fire, police, ambulance, healthcare etc etc etc. Many nations are capable of providing a healthcare service to its citizens, just not America. Its one reason joining the US would be a downgrade, we'd go from an available to all model to a corporation decides who gets what, no thanks.
