There's elections in Japan in September. Today the current Prime Minister said that he doesn't want to run for the next cycle, he don't want the position anymore, that the party should pick someone else. And the party in power said okay no problem we will pick someone else within a month's time.

Imagine that happening in America:

1. The person in power letting the position go.
2. The party allowing the incumbent to renounce.
3. Running elections in 2 month's time span.

The outgoing president still leaves a letter for the incoming president, I guess it’s a good thing.

Such pessimism.

Harris has lots of time to prepare and she's debating a rapidly aging narcissist who has impulse control issues, it really should not be difficult to debate him.

We will see though. If she does indeed perform well and look good doing so would you admit it?
