Bread, you won't be disappointed with Japan at all although you would need to lay off the drugs for the first few days at least - it's a massive sensory overload on its own. It is expensive but there are ways around it. You can rent rooms for a day/week/month in little hotels that are only used by higher-class hookers. The rooms are cheap- maybe $50 USD/night, really nice and some have a kitchen?! Plus you don't tend to run into any of the ladies or their clientele because everyone is so discreet. I stayed in one for a little over two weeks and bumped into ladies twice. They were really sweet! And if you eat like the locals do, or even better cook in your room once in awhile, it actually is rather cheap. But that's the same for any Asian country really.
Thailand - awesome and dirt cheap!! The only downsides are the smell of sewage when you leave the beach and head into the town/city and the sight of overweight, pasty European men EVERYWHERE with young, sometimes hot Thai girls on their arms. It's sad in a way but more disgusting if anything.
