A lot of Blue Jays fans are trying to convince themselves we have a shot. An argument I keep hearing starts something like this: okay, so imagine we get 12 starts out of Ryu and 12 starts out of Pearson.

Who, you may be asking yourself, is Pearson?

Well it's a fair question because Nate Pearson has never pitched in the big leagues. I'm not sure he's even pitched at AAA. He's a very fine looking prospect but people are making him a cornerstone of their mini-season World Series fantasy.
