i was down to one bill that i had to go to the bank to pay. everything else i could do online now. and i go to pay my utilities and internet last week (which for 2 places somehow comes in 6 different bills) and not a single number works online. had to go wait inline at the bank like i did for 3 years before.

For the love of god, if you want to move to the states, fine, but can you please learn enough PROPER english to carrier on at least enough of a conversation to say you can't speak it. I would assume if I came to your country to live and didn't bother to learn your language that you'd get pretty annoyed after so long too.

I think you have that the wrong way around.

SF, NYC and a shitload more are full of tourists 24/7. I was shocked in SF, it seemed as though everyone in the streets was either German or French.

Never seen a foreigner in Vegas.

Never seen a person that lives here that can't speak English (like Spanish only) either though.
