that's some shit

what i do is tell them straight up, im not from here, that i got cash money is no problem and will get someone local to sign the paper for me and that i will double the down. just honest with them, works most of the time. i never sign with my name. but no requirements here, usually only step is go notarized the contract for $5

Criadillas?

correct en espaa

i've gone through this before.

i've been denied offering to pay the entire length of the contract on spot.

i know gringos that got so frustrated with this process they just left.

all the places i rent recently have been direct through the owners so i could get them to be more flexible. still had to do a bunch of bs thogh. but for a nice house i am not going to find one that way.

weekend threw off my diet a bit...carb reload day for me so i had some Pho...(fa-uhh)... i you decide to order some from a viet place, it might be called Pho Tai)

in case you were wondering...

rice noodles in broth with, bean sprouts, thin sliced beef, asian mint, onions, basil and some other stuff if you like...

if you order it to go from a place, you will notice the beef is raw...see how much it cooks with the scalding hot broth they give you (along with the noodles/sprouts, whatever onions etc. you decide to put in there...they keep everything seperate before serving...sometimes you need to slap in the microwave for 30secs or so to fully cook the beef
