How long do the lines stay up after the match starts? I have seen dsi do this numerous times on tennis matches that start at 4 am EST but the problem is they eventually catch on and usually cancel all the wagers on the event. I saw vip leave lines up after the match started as well and I really believe that had alot to do with them cutting back on the tennis matches they offered for wagering.

I would think they will see the numbers eventually and someone will have their account closed or they will cut back on tennis matches if they are losing on them, but whatever you decide, don't tell a clerk anything if you want something done, talk to a manager, of course, alot of the managers are not really that bright either.

How long they stay up for varies. This match they were only up for about 10 minutes after it started. The match before that, they were partway through the 2nd set before they took them down so you could still bet on the first set correct score, etc

I'm assuming that someone is responsible for manually adjusting starting times and whomever it is, especially on the late night shift, is useless.

Like I said, this has been going on for at least a year. I can only guess that because it's mainly the middle of the night here when tennis is on, there aren't enough people awake to take advantage of it. Maybe that's why they haven't fixed their process or sacked someone yet?

The guy I just asked on live chat didn't know so I'll ask them in a few hours when the regular CS reps are there. I have no clue personally. I think the most I've put is either 2 or 3 hundred and that was during a fixed match. That was back when I was still worried that Aussie books could take your cash for whatever reason. Which they obviously can't

I'd imagine it's somewhat decent though. They're more lenient/stupid here when it comes to that stuff. Although I'm sure if they were hit by the same person multiple times on tennis props they'd boot you or at least limit you at some point.

Durito - I called them to find out the limit on props.

First the guy told me they were healthy.

When I asked him what that meant, he went to ask the Sports Manager, came back and said that theoretically they've never set a blanket limit for props.

So I asked what I should do if it's 4am and I want to bet. Just keep entering in a dollar amount until I'm satisfied with it? He said if I don't want to call it in, then yes, that's what I should do.

One of the dollar amounts in the drop down box is for 10k. So I said - Is there a chance I enter an amount and you accept the bet, only to tell me later it was too high? He said no. If the system takes it, it's considered a valid wager.

I don't think they really have this whole betting thing completely sorted when it comes to tennis. Or maybe a lot of Aussies don't bet 4am tennis props. Either way they seem a bit dense there.

Yeah I assume they would too.

I wonder if they use DGS. If so, you don't see each individual wager unless you make an effort to. You just see the net result once you grade the bet.

Need to do some more investigating.

warn them once and make sure they know that it was you that warned them and i would even go as far as to tell them that if it happens again, you will pound the shit out of it...and then do just that...very incompetent book it sounds

OH YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

keep us apprised

Well these are my bets and the match just ended. Let's see what these toe jams do.

17/05/2011 2:08:05 AM Edouard Roger-Vasselin vs Andreas Seppi - First Set Score 4: (Straight) Edouard Roger-Vasselin 6-3 @ 8.00 $75.00
17/05/2011 2:07:34 AM Edouard Roger-Vasselin vs Andreas Seppi - First Set Winner 1: (Straight) Edouard Roger-Vasselin @ 1.99 $200.00

It sounds completely weird. My first reaction is I would just leave it alone. Playing those kind of lines can allow books to take a free shot at you (i.e. honor your bet if it loses and void it citing obvious error if it wins).

But this book just sounds like it is right out to lunch.

In general, I wouldn't want to have a lot of money in a book that stupid.

Well, I'll stay tuned and see what happens.

The bets are still pending. Kind of good, kind of bad. The other times I know of where they've straight out cancelled wagers, they tend to do so as soon as they catch them.

If this was any other book, I might leave it alone even after a year of this crap. The scary thing is that this is a major, major book here and internationally.

But not only have I warned them quite a few times about this fuck ups but they also offered me a gig about 9 months ago where I'd post a few tennis write-ups and plays each week for some ok cash.

I said no for multiple reasons but mainly because: "we don't expect you to post winning wagers all of the time and we'd rather prefer you not"

No thanks.
