I have made many references towards the mentally and physically handicapped (down syndrome) participants that make up the majority of Canada. Ask plommer.

I don't disagree, while the majority of Toronto is not populated by mentally and physically handicapped people they are closing the gap, I expect it to be 50/50 in the next decade.
