fitted sheet comes with every set i have ever seen and of course, goes on first, followed the bed sheet...maybe im not following ... if you are asking where to find just a plain white fitted bed sheet, try bed bath beyond or something like that...hell, maybe even target

nothing less than egyptian 500count is a very comfy sleeping standard... after the korean squirter ruined 2 sets of 1020counts and a mattress, i said fuck it and went bought some 500count... very soft ... now i am back to an 800count and 2 1020counts and its like night and day... you cant put a price on getting great sleep :dontthinkso:

I guess I was thinking it would make more sense to trap flat sheet underneath than have it sliding around on top of the fitted sheet. But if the flat sheet is only used as a blanket that makes more sense. :pogox:

I don't remember having fitted sheets as a kid so we slept on flat sheets :thinking: it is all very complicated

. Good Lord Reno. You tuck the flat sheet under the mattress at the bottom of the bed.(over fitted sheet which is basically a mattress cover) so it doesn't move around on ya. You are overthinking this. It covers you like a blanket, but it is still tucked up in.

Go into the isolation tank and think about it. Use your zone money.
 
Just walked past my bed and had a chuckle and thought of this thread. This is what it looks like at this moment. Those are the "Captain America" sheets I referred to earlier. Note that it is a non-matching pillowcase from the maroon (??) set.

Also note that if I was having a woman over for the first time I would probably make some effort to make things nicer looking. Maybe go all maroon or the beige set. Probably more-or-less "make" the bed. Probably only once though. Any woman who is going to be with me is going to have to (a) have a sense of humor and (b) accept me as I am. i.e. - no fussiness or femininity.

I see there is a fitted sheet under the fitted sheet. I believe it kinda goes with the mattress. It was not part of any sheet sets.

It has come out of alignment and is hanging there a bit.

There is a body pillow under the top sheet. That is not a corpse.

The head pillow is a contour pillow. A sharp observer might notice there is something under it. That is a strategically folded towel. I have wanted a little extra elevation of the noggin lately.

Then there is an afghan at the upper right. That's to prop up my left arm when I'm lying on my left side (for some reason I don't need anything for my right arm when on my right side.)

And then there is another afghan there just in case it ever gets cool again which seems impossible these days.



I am so frickin comfortable in that bed it should be against the law.
