Have an appetite today and in the food department am just enjoying myself, had been starving myself from fats and proteins for awhile.

So breakfast = BACON!

Picked some eggs out of a salad and some of the greens.

A couple of Miller Lites, have to chill w that it's the middle of the work day.

Just can't stop thinking of this possible baby fellas and it's something

I know she is away but normally would answer anything. She doesn't answer. Is she just not answering to make sure she tells me in person when she is back from her trip?

I am going away to my corporate office all of next week on business. Will I get a call then with a crying Nookie telling me we made that happen?

Anyway the bacon was GREAT! MUST BUY MORE. I see Steakums in my immediate future too.

protein shake
6 egg whites
3 peices of Gimme Lean sausage (awesome btw)
some beef jerky
1/2 lb of 96/4 meat mixed with some spaghetti sauce poured on top of a plate of 2 servings of protein pasta

will munch on a few pistachios and some turkey slices before working out then ill have another protein shake, 2 chicken breasts and broccoli for dinner... same snacks after dinner

it starts with the diet boys

Wings from Friday's. Biggest calorie day for me in months and after a few beers fell asleep and feel like a Bear up from hibernation.

Flyers hockey, football game, and me cold calls because i was an asshole all day (still sold 2 deals though wtf). God Bless America.
