Semantics, the point is that when there is turnover in the coaching staff the teams suffer. You will have those exceptions but for the most part you fade the teams with transition to the staff issues.

HINT: Florida.
 
I was listening to local Miami broadcast of game and they were actively recruiting QB's over the air (this was right after INT number 4.) Reminding people that with a new coach everybody will get a fair shot. Think that the new head coach Golden had anything to do with that?
