my new jobs pays amazingly and can be transitioned in to from many white collar jobs. If you all are interested in making money and deriving satisfaction from daily work, consider learning the art of self marketing, sales, and hiring. If you, like me, learned these in your career, then you are already set. Become an executive recruiter.

This reads like something straight out of my spam folder.

Let me guess, you're making $300 a day from the comfort of your home?

Cali - an ex sales manager at Monster went that route by starting his own firm and taking a number of ex Monsters with him. It's a harsh, cutthroat environment. As you know, executive recruiters are not really recruiters. Your customers are not going to be happy having to use you, 'cause you're expensive.

But mostly, your previous field had a lot more potential for upward mobility.

That be it. Good luck either way, hope you thrive in your new career. xoxoxoxo

Yeah I hear that. It's a small division of a big firm. Should be interesting

Your last attempt went through beautifully. Wasn't even marked [SUSPECTED SPAM].

Boys, I got porn in my inbox this morning.

I know they are on opposite coasts but that would be hilarious is they ended up working together
Lol.

I need to find a future career path. I will probably never make the money I made in Denver again..especially here, and not sure I want to return to that field...in fact pretty sure I don't.

Anyone ever read any of those self help life direction books i.e. "What Color is Your Parachute?" "What am I going to do with my life?" "Who moved my Cheese?" etc... any recommendations?

Going to a luncheon with a "life coach" guest speaker tomorrow. Maybe I need one of those...Ray, didn't you have a life coach at one point?

You could beat Muddy to the publisher with the Best of GL!!:chickendance::chickendance::chickendance:

I think Mudcat has the corner on that market. I don't have enough material at this point. I am thinking the "best of" was during the Bread years.

At a minimum I need to brush up some computer skills. I may think about a summer school course in that area. I could probably do it at home online but I think I would do better in a classroom environment....same with the billing/coding thing. I heard something on the radio about that the other day. I should probably get going on that...or something... My brother couldn't believe I didn't know how to use Excel.
