What do I know about soccer? Not a friggin thing. I have yet to figure out what an offsides is or what the heck a pitch is.

What do I know about wager on anything NOT college football? That Im basically guessing.

I was saying that all day. I just knew the under was the play in the Mexico game and then for whatever reason I just went over. I wish I had checked back and seen you were on my original thought before I confirmed.

At least these are all just really small wagers just to say I bet on the World Cup.

Wally pitch = the field

offsides is simple - When the ball is played to a player on the opposing side half of the field, there must be at least two players (goalie included) between said player and the goal line.

He coached college football I think. I've only ever coached youth, 11-12 and 13-15 year olds.

RJ, by that rule then the USA goal that they called a penalty on was actually offsides right. The guy that scored broke through the line recieved the pass and there was only the goalie in front of him. I mean it was split second timing but technically there wasn't two guys between him and the goal. At least how I remember the replay.

The USA goal was disallowed on a foul call not on an offside call. Ref thought someone in the USA did a foul, the ref never pointed out who on who.

He screwed up and FIFA announced he won't officiate another match in the WC.

I was happy with it RJ. I will be happier if I can do no worse than 1-1 in the afternoon matches. Not feeling real good with what I have on tap though. Argentina could easily rest and not really put forth much effort and A DRAW? What was I thinking?
