Monkey, not to take away from your discussion but you said a 1/2 point is more beneficial than -105 juice. I'm no pro obviously and I've never been a math guy but is their a simple way to explain this?

In college football with what I've developed in setting my own lines and selecting my potential plays based on that I've not really encountered a problem with a line where a 1/2 point either way would have made a difference. By contrast though there are always losses and saving $.05 on the dollar would definately make a bottom line difference.

That 1/2 point comes into play more for you than saving the $.05 juice?

Now of course, they let people take bonuses/promotions etc at all 3 unless you've already beat one. You might be able to just post up at all of them now.

To put it simply, every 1/2 point is worth something in terms of percentage/cents.
