I am far less interested in vampires than the world around me appears to be.

I am even less interested than that in werewolves.


I had a long, varied and extreme history of drug abuse but it never led to vampires and werewolves.

This. I'd also like to add Frankenstein. Except Young Frankenstein. That was a classic.

Maybe people's fascination with vampires is that many people tend to enjoy things that suck.
