Great machine. Core I5, very fast. Happened awhile back, bought a wireless mouse so it's fully usable; in fact 3 of them now after leaving one at an ex's house and one at corporate.

If I try to do the command to turn the touch pad back on, it says "no device found". I deleted and reinstalled the driver for the TP, same result.

Figured I'd ask here. No damage has been done to the computer, I take good care of it. Apparently it is just something that happens on Gateways sometimes. Thoughts?

It's like the sun giving us life!

Seriously always looking for a deal I have boughten some cheap and non-cheap Dell (probably had used parts in it?) computers but even if double the price will only buy Apple from now on!

Unreal that no one else out there has anything reliable? Is it that the profit margin is so low when they try to build a quality piece that it is not worth it? Shouldn't somebody out there line up next to Apple? Don't know anything about this industry!
