Hey pal. I just got it. I tried to send you a text back. Something about operator services on my end. I need to see what that means.

I got the same message on my phone after my text to you was completed.

Perhaps the problem is on my end as I am in Winnipeg Manitoba which is outside of my carriers (Sasktel) home area - they are upgrading the network in Manitoba - maybe that is the cause.

Throw me an email. Would love to hear the advice I know you have on this matter. You are always a source of reason ever since your SBR days.

CLIENTS! Very professional sound to it! :lmao:

Must be very jealous that I will never be able to use that word in my lifetime! I did cut a few people's lawns on a regular basis when I was in HS so I guess they were my clients?

Casper - genuine question: Do you think your clients would care if they found out you weren't putting money on the plays you sell them?

I've never purchased plays but I think if I'd decided to take a chance on some new guy who doesn't even have a proven record, I'd be kind of pissed if I found out he's not even betting the plays he's giving me. I'd assume he doesn't have confidence in them , so if he doesn't, why should I trust him with my cash? May just be me though. :dunno:

To answer your question, I would have no problem telling them I am not betting all or even some of my plays. It is not because I do not have confidence in my plays. It is because I am leaving for New York, and really don't see the need to bet games right before I leave. When I get back to Vegas in September, ask me that same question again. Probably would be a different answer. Also, my clients don't care if I bet them or not. They are happy they are making $$ off of my plays (which they are) in the end, that is all that matters.

Not sticking up for CW in this situation but Investment brokers sell stocks and mutual funds all the time without investing in those. The biggest concern for me would be track record. How does a person you are investing in handle all levels of winning, losing and staying level. Those with longevity know how to handle all situations.

While it is true my documented record is still on the small side, my history of sports wagering has put me in the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. Over the years, consistency and patience have become staples in my mission statement of sports wagering. If my clients can stick to playing only the games I am giving them and playing them straight, over time, the odds will be they will make $$$. I never promise them an abundance of riches. All I say is I spend many hours talking to Vegas sharps and I am online researching daily. In a sense they pay me to do the legwork they don't want to do.

Thanks for the response. I still question if some people would be upset by it but as I said, that may just be me.

And mcb - thanks for the analogy.
