I agree with Bread, that deck does look nice. Looks like solid craftsmanship for sure. Nice colour siding as well. White trim makes it look sharper.

nope, its recommended to wait a yr before staining or painting to let the treatment dry out of the wood...
not that anyone waits that long.
I put 1/2 the decking boards down Friday and Monday they were already cupped.
