Why on earth would ANYBODY give you his real info? You know how secretive he acts. You have some kind of agenda to be defending him like this.

And how about this, i'll pay paco, and give him an extra $75 interest.

What agenda do I have? All I'm saying is that if someone posted something like this about me, I'd hope they have a little more to go on than a forum nickname. The stuff I've been told about Blackie and the stuff that I'm being told now doesn't match with this article or what you're implying. That's all I'm saying. I don't know the guy. I don't bet with him. If he ends up in the clink it makes no difference to my life at all.

But to say this is the same guy based on a newspaper article and your 'sources', well forgive me if I'm a little skeptical since I don't find you the most trustworthy guy around.

Thats fair, I hear what you are saying. I still don't see why anybody out of the blue would give you Blackie's info. He's got a lot going on to reveal his actual identity so it would be ridiculous for you to find it out. However I do business with the people that know him for sure.

Either way, i'm not forcing you to believe me, I could care less.

I've talked to JJ about Blackie in the past because I was going to do some work for him to keep my mind somewhat busy and away from my actual work while I'm stuck at home and I wanted to know who/what I'd be dealing with. I obviously can't risk having my name involved with anything dodgy because that would royally fuck my career and although I hate it at this point, I don't really want to go out like that.

When I saw the articles you linked here, I immediately went and asked JJ without mentioning why I was bringing Blackie up because your post tripped me out a bit. He reiterated the same info he's told me about him before. That's all. Like I said, for all I know you could be right and this is the same guy but as of right now to me it's all not adding up and that's all I can really go on.

I'll let Paco know.

And anyway Pavy, even if I signed up for SBR yesterday, would that mean I'm not allowed to talk to Tony or a quick search of SBR wouldn't provide me with a very thorough insight into his activities there? Come on.
 
Shari calm down. I think Tsoprano posted only a few days after I had him banned again at RBS for life. Nothing wrong lurking at forums for a year. You seem to know all the RBS all timers in and out from the time you were lurking. You actually know more about them even from the people who were long time members and were not lurking.

Seems strange but I have seen stranger things happen at forums. For someone who has been in forums for 6 months your know a lot than your average 6 month poster. I'm not criticizing you. Just seems strange. I was quite the opposite. For my first 6-8 months at SBR I had maybe 50-100 posts. Then one day I accidentally entered the Players Talk. The rest is history. :maersksealand:

I'm stressing about this friggin Federer match. I need Djokovic to win one more game for my over to hit and he was just broken. Ready to scream.

I have a good memory for the written word - more so than when I'm speaking with someone - so if I see something posted, it tends to stick. Occupational hazard. I never even ventured into PT much until my son became ill again but even when I did before, I seemed to remember everything that I'd read. It's pretty funny actually that you say that about me because since I know my own circumstances, to me it seems normal. But I questioned that Holts guy about the same thing. Hypocritical of me much? :laugh:
