First let's talk about a game tonight that doesn't mean much in the big picture of things but a game that none the less is a pretty big deal to a small section of basketball fans. Florida is a talented team but a team that has flopped in their 2 bigger games this season. It's early in the conference schedule but tonight is a fairly big game in the SEC. The Gators travel to play Texas A&M who themselves just got a huge win at Kentucky. The Aggies are an up and down type of team, much like Florida but I would give them a slight edge in consistency. While Florida is capable of running off 80+ points they can also struggle to score 60 at times. As good of a shooting team as Florida is they are pretty much a poor free throw shooting team as a whole.

I like Florida to get a win tonight but I'm thinking they won't cover. Like the Aggie's at home plus the points but not enough to risk this challenge on it.

I get all misty when MrM post some winners (don't be a negative Nelly and say they might not be winners) for everyone.

Wish that (Manti Te'o obsessed) MudCat would maybe give us a winner or at least a nod of recognition. Thinks maybe the whole "what could have been" post in this thread got him too turned off.

I don't think the Gambling Gods realize what went into this play. Not only did I have a statistical edge, not only did I have power rankings edge, I FOK'n color coded this play correctly and EVEN properly used one of those silly smilies in the best possible way.

I have a slight edge on Fairfield tonight but it's just a slight edge and with the week going down the drain I need to stick with something with a larger edge. Course I'm in one of those mindsets where I'm not sure I could recognize an edge if I was guaranteed one team was gonna tank it.
