Ok today's game have a small edge based on qualifying but none of them have the trifecta. I generally use games with head to head and each teams individual averages to choose the plays but sometimes I will go with the hunch when head to head and the home team are aligned. This is the case with today's plays so not as confident in them but trying to get in a few more games while I am still in the black.


Today's Plays:

NY Rangers/Philadelphia UNDER 5.5 (-135)
Tampa Bay/Chicago UNDER 5.5 (-105)
Dallas/Anaheim OVER 5.5 (+105)

All games are $100 to win $74, $95 and $105 respectively.

each team has about 4-5 games left. From a pure math standpoint, you may want to look into playing the OT-YES option (around +300) on totals of 5. Not sure how it plays out over the entire season, but I would be more interested in the last month of the season, especially with Intra-conference games. Look how close the West is.

My book momentarily hung UConn -4 (+110) but then changed it to UConn -3 (-110). I only mention that because this particular book I had never seen that before.

I was so impressed with UConn early in the season when I watched them play in the Maui Classic and then as the season progressed they were ok but never seemed to reach the intensity they were at during that pre-season tournament. In the NCAA tournament though they have been playing with that same type of intensity again.

Butler you just cant say enough about, I mean a true darling of a team with an enormous upside and they play with never-say-die total team relentlessness. So impressed that such a small school has been able to accomplish what they have done in back to back seasons.

I was hoping to catch a break here with the line. I anticipated Vegas hanging a UConn -7 type line but obviously I was way off about that. The line posted is actually according to my program a very accurate line. It lends a slight edge to UConn but not enough to be an official qualifier.

I am gonna use it tonight but like the other games posted today I am not fully committed to them. I had a good run last week and I am pressing my luck tonight a bit because I know Ill have to be picking my spots now that baseball season is here and my options are severely limited.

Braves/Brewers UNDER 8.5 (+105)
UConn -3 (-110)

I don't know if anyone considers the games I post but just in case there is someone out there just know that UConn and the baseball total are hunches. The hockey play is a complete system qualifier but it just feels sketchy.

If there ever was any doubt it is clear I would make for one shitty tout. "Here's the plays but I wouldn't follow these plays".
Sucks that the one qualifier was the lone loser and the hunches won.

Being that the season is winding down and considering what FairWarning was saying about teams playing tighter to ensure retaining points (something I still dont understand with this sport) I am a little concerned with how my system will hold up.

I have a little cushion and I need to get more plays in now so even though I am concerned I am still posting these plays. I dont expect last weeks run to continue but maybe a couple split nights can be had to get the overall number reduced.

Most teams are unwilling to take risks in the 3rd period if/when the score is tied.

One more reason to get rid of the stupid point system. Just go with wins and losses.
 
I can't edit on the IPad like I can on the laptop so this is different than usual.

3-0 night (+$314)

I'm not being cocky but it seriously feels good to not only hit 2 plus money plays but OVERS cause most of my plays are UNDERS and I have struggled when going the other way.
