The Durito 500

Arch, my goal above all other goals is to win this challenge and do it at the current 60% clip throughout. Unrealistic, probably but it is still the goal. I should have included the 60% thing and gotten Durito to give me odds.

Wal, long term..... you hitting at 60% would be detrimental for you. I hope you don't hit that high for your own sake

Mikey I don't want you or anyone else to tail. Not because you are a jinx but because I have never made it past the opening week of conference play in college hoops before and I can't name a player other than Crosby in the NHL.

I am playing games and or listing plays for the challenge without looking at rosters, records, Top 25 standings, conference standings or even injury reports. I am using a program that is only looking at certain power rankings and a few minor stats and sometimes including a Pinny angle. I've made some quality choices and I've gotten some very lucky breaks. I am off to a good start but we are merely approaching 1/5 of the way there and it could all go to shit from here on.

OUCH!!!!!! Always knew this day was coming and thought it would have happened before now but it doesn't make it any better.

2-6 (-$420)

I'm gonna go one more night playing the games that qualify pretty much blindly. There has been a very consitant and dominating trend with my program qualifiers, they are practically all road teams. I may have to incorporate something into the program soon that allows a sliding scale to the home courts for particular conferences and specific teams. A losing night tonight and that build starts immediately.

Today's Plays:

Northern Illinois +5 (-110)
North Texas -6.5 (-110)
Gonzaga -8.5 (-110)
Cal Poly SLO +3.5 (-110)
Webber St +2.5 (-110)
Northern Colorado -9.5 (-110)

All games are $100 to win $90.
