I'm going to try to get 15k steps in a day...that might be pushing it though. I walked 5 miles on treadmill both yesterday and today and would like to think that could become a habit. I have no idea how I would get the other 5k in though without a lot of dedication.
What if exercise was bad for you and eating Butterfingers was something you were encouraged to do daily? How great would that be?
